The business was started in 2006 by Emma Staton as a base for her animal chiropractic service.
Since then it has grown steadily & provides chiropractic care for both humans & animals in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Currently working at the practice is Emma Staton BSc (Hons) DC PgC, Tanya Read MChiro & Alison Button DC.
Emma Staton BSc (Hons) DC PgC
Emma grew up here in Cornwall & has ridden since she was 18 months old. Her interest in chiropractic started at 11 years old when she was first treated following an accident & then heightened when one of her ponies was treated the following year.
In 2004 Emma graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic & continued post graduate study with International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic qualifying in 2006.
She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, British Veterinary Chiropractic Association, International Veterinary Chiropractic Association & Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practicitioners.
Tanya Glasson MChiro
Tanya grew up in Conrwall and is one of a twin. Her hobbies include playing rugby, horse riding, dog agility and cani-cross. Tanya became passionate about chiropractic when her horse suffered an injury whilst competing. She saw first hand how chiropractic treatment can help animals as well as people.
Tanya went to study chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in South Wales in 2011 and graduated in June 2015. She has also completed her post graduate study with International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic & is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, British Veterinary Chiropractic Association & International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
Alison Button DC
Alison grew up in the Highlands of Scotland. She followed her instincts and went straight from school to University to study chiropractic at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1990 & is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
Alison has traveled extensively, especially Africa, South America, and ocean sailing. She worked in various areas of the UK, particularly in Inverness, between her travels and even covered for a clinic in South Africa and seasonally in the Caribbean.
Now happily settled in Cornwall Alison has also completed post-graduate study with Options for Animals UK
